Acrobatics Teacher
Alexey Ivanov
Born into a family of Russian acrobats and raised in the world of circus arts. Spent 15 years on a world tour (Europe, North America, South America, Japan, South Korea) with an acrobatic number and with slapstick. Won the Tristan Rémy Prize at the International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo in 1995. Was on tour in Switzerland with the Circus Knie and Circus Monti. Also works professionally as a sports trainer with the Swiss Ski Team and as an acrobatic personal trainer of the snowboarder Iouri “iPod” Podladtchikov (gold metal winner for Switzerland in the halfpipe at the Winter Olympics in Sochi in 2014).
