This week we want to playfully test our bodies and different circus disciplines. We will train our flexibility, learn to use our muscles correctly without overexertion and get a taste of life with our feet in the air and our hands on the ground. The focus is on playing and trusting ourselves and the group. We will learn different elements of floor acrobatics as a basis and then there is the possibility to dive into different circus disciplines such as trapeze, juggling and rope.
