Simulated patients

Dear Former Students and Friends
The Accademia Dimitri organizes in collaboration with the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI) the training of “Simulated Patients” for the exams of the Master in Medicine.

We are looking for “Simulated Patients” for the exams of the Master in Medicine of the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences of the University of Lugano (USI).
If you are interested, we invite you to attend and announce yourself at the next in-depth and selection meeting to be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the East Campus of USI in Lugano at your choice of morning (9.00-12.00) or afternoon (13.30-16.30).
For organizational issues and to fully comply with the provisions of the Cantonal Health Authority for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19, we ask you to

• fill in the questionnaire available at the following LINK; and
• confirm your participation by signing up at this LINK. If you are available in both the morning and afternoon, we ask that you select both times. We will then be able to accommodate the maximum number of participants.

For those who announce late or with full slots available, we will hold a new recruitment session in Spring 2022.
During the meeting, you will receive further information and details about the “Simulated Patients” program, as well as have the opportunity to try out this role with the help and support of our “trainers” from the Accademia Teatro Dimitri. In addition, you will meet briefly the doctor of our Unit to verify the main aspects inherent to the assumption of this role.
