Presentation
The CAS in intercultural coaching will allow people to explore their own mechanisms to better understand what is around them and how one interact with it. In fact, everyone interprets reality through symbols, emotions and personal meanings. Often this process is unconscious, but it deeply influences our actions, relationships and perceptions.
Becoming aware of what is happening beneath the surface is an act of responsibility, to oneself and to others. The journey that the CAS proposes is not a solitary one: it is a valuable mirror for observing oneself, reflecting and growing in confrontation with others to access new perspectives.
The Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Intercultural Coaching, offered by Accademia Teatro Dimitri, SUPSI, in collaboration with Swiss Red Cross Sottoceneri Section, is a path that combines self-awareness, dialogue and transformation. It is a continuing education program that combines personal growth, theater and coaching techniques, drawing from the world of counseling and meditation.
Through individual and group experiences, the CAS offers theater as a space for meeting and personal growth, coaching as a means of communication. A unique training opportunity for those who wish to overcome the current self and use the language of theater applied to coaching techniques as a tool for transformation.
