IMPROVISATION TEACHER

The teaching of improvisation, within the study program, has the following educational objectives:

Acting skills: Interpretation techniques that explore the fundamental rules of theatrical play, such as stage presence, character creation, and physical and verbal transformation (in a multilingual context);
-
Dramatic creation skills: The ability to develop and structure an original, coherent, and organic dramaturgy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Teaching improvisation in the Bachelor’s program from the 2nd to the 5th semester.
-
Responsible for the “Improvisation” module in the Bachelor’s program.
-
Participation in all campus activities (presentations, meetings, exams, assessments, etc.).
-
Managing the teaching materials for the “Improvisation” module.
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS
-
Extensive professional experience in the performing arts and solid knowledge of contemporary theatre practices.
-
Significant experience teaching theatrical improvisation, preferably in a Bachelor’s program, and proven multi-year experience as a trainer in Physical Theatre and theatrical creation.
-
Theatre training diploma or equivalent professional experience.
-
Ability to design, prepare, and organize theatrical projects for public presentation.
-
Teamwork skills.
-
Language skills: Italian and English. Knowledge of German and French is a plus.
-
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
The workplace is at the Accademia Teatro Dimitri in Verscio and Avegno (Ticino, Switzerland).
Ideally, candidates should be willing to relocate to Ticino.

JUNIOR COMMUNICATION COLLABORATOR

Tasks and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for:

Managing and developing communication on social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube);
-
Designing, planning, and executing digital marketing and communication campaigns, including newsletters;
-
Creating textual, graphic, and video content for social media;
-
Filming, editing, and post-producing short videos and multimedia content for social media;
-
Writing copy and promotional texts;
-
Monitoring the performance of campaigns and content (analytics, insights);
-
Supporting communication for events, projects, and initiatives of the Academy;
-
Implementing content on the Academy’s website;
-
Collaborating with the internal team and/or external providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English;

Interest and aptitude for digital marketing and online communication;

Creativity, operational autonomy, and organizational skills;

Good communication and writing skills;

Ability to work toward goals and meet deadlines;

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Education in marketing, communication, digital media, graphics, video-making, or related disciplines;

Some experience, even brief, in similar roles.
Technical Skills Required

Knowledge of main social media platforms and their communication logic;
-
Ability to use video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar);
-
Use of graphic and content creation tools (Adobe or equivalent);
-
Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Insights, Analytics);
-
Photography and video shooting skills (including smartphone);
-
Website content management: ability to publish, modify, and organize text, images, video, and other content;
-
CMS knowledge: using content management platforms (e.g., WordPress, WIX, or similar) for content publication and optimization;
-
Content optimization: ability to adapt texts and images for the web, including basic SEO and readable formatting.
Preferred Qualifications

Portfolio of work (social media, videos, campaigns, digital projects);
-
Experience managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads);
-
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing;
-
Knowledge of multiple languages.
