Creative Leadership

This training is designed for business executives, team leaders and professionals managing groups of different sizes, with the aim of developing an effective methodology to create an inclusive and creative working environment from the very first meeting with colleagues. Using practical techniques derived from theatre training, participants will learn how to foster the participation and creativity of each team member, building a space of mutual trust and collaboration.
