Dance Creation & Acro Creation – 12.12.25

In the training pathway of the Accademia Teatro Dimitri, movement research is a fundamental pillar. With Dance Creation and Acro Creation, third-year students are invited to explore the body as their primary expressive instrument — a body capable of transforming, narrating, taking risks, and surprising.

Dance Creation opens a space for choreographic sensitivity: gestures born from listening, dynamics emerging from encounters with others, and physical compositions that explore balance, stage presence, and the poetry of movement.

Acro Creation, on the other hand, focuses on power, rhythm, and precision. Through acrobatic practice, students deepen their awareness of their physical possibilities, playing with gravity, momentum, and coordination to create stage images that blend strength and lightness.

From the encounter between dance and acrobatics arise original creations that reflect the personality of each performer: delicate or energetic, fluid or sharp, intimate or explosive. A journey through two complementary languages that open the door to new forms of expression and stage presence.

The Dance Creation & Acro Creation presentation, curated by the teaching team of the Accademia Teatro Dimitri, is an invitation to be surprised by the versatility of the body and its narrative power.
