The Unakite class visits the Ghisla Foundation

In an intense day of cultural enrichment, the first-year students of the Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Accademia Dimitri visited the Ghisla Foundation, a prominent institution in the Ticino and international art scene.

This experience gave them the opportunity to engage directly with a valuable artistic heritage, born from the passion of Pierino and Martine Ghisla. The exhibited works, ranging from Pop Art to Conceptual Art, sparked reflections and inspirations useful for their theatre training.

Accademia Dimitri thus continues to promote educational experiences that enrich students’ artistic journeys through diverse cultural stimuli.

The Ghisla Foundation

The Ghisla Art Collection Foundation, established in 2014, is a non-profit organization that shares an international artistic heritage with the public. Located in a futuristic design building in the center of Locarno, it houses works that reflect over forty years of passion for contemporary art, showcasing the personal taste of its founders.
