Parkour with Flamur Shabanaj
Sconto due corsi
Date: 20-24 July 2026
Age: 12+ Years
Schedule: 9.00 AM -3:00 PM / Please bring your lunchThis workshop is all about parkour. You will learn the fundamental techniques: moving efficiently over obstacles, jumping from one element to another and landing safely, rolling and turning on different surfaces, and much more. Beyond the basics, you will discover how to apply these skills—to face and overcome challenges with confidence, express your creativity through movement, and develop a sense of flow.
Parkour is about seeing and using your environment in an efficient and creative way—and this is exactly what you will explore in the workshop.
The workshop is open to anyone interested in movement, and to those who want to spend a summer week exploring their body, practicing hands-on skills, and learning a new—or familiar—movement language.
Flamur Shabanaj is a movement enthusiast and instructor. For the past 10 years, he has been dedicated to parkour in practical, pedagogical, cultural, and organizational aspects.

In the cultural field, Flamur is part of the parkour dance collective InQdrt, with which several performances have been created and presented since 2019. For this work, the collective received the June Johnson Newcomer Prize from the Swiss Federal Office of Culture in 2022.
