Moving Rhythms is an artistic practice and non-verbal stage language at the intersection of body percussion, dance and theatre. In this summer course, we make music with our bodies. We learn to embody rhythms and play in an ensemble, in multiple voices or in canon. We work on coordination, looseness and musicality. We explore how to communicate through rhythm – combined with gestures, facial expressions, posture and timing.
We practice to relax in challenging situations and getting into the game together. For anyone who enjoys rhythm and movement.
