From writing to staging. In this course you will learn how to create and produce a "clowning act“. In this course you will learn, starting with a simple everyday action accompanied by an object, how a clowning act can be created and produced.

The morning is dedicated to the repetition of techniques and clown training, while the afternoon is reserved for production. Knowledge of clowning is required.

Bernard Stöckli

Bernard Stöckli studied with masters Pierre Byland (Paris) and Ctibor Turba (Prague). He trained at the Dimitri Academy. He was a member of the Dimitri Theatre Company, with which he toured Europe and Central America. He is co-founder and member of the Company Due. He performed at Circus Monti (CH) for two years and was responsible, together with Andreas Manz, for directing in 2019.

Since 2001 he has been working as a director and teacher of clowning.
