As pregnant or birthing people, we entrust our entire health and that of our child to professionals. These doctors and midwives are professionally trained and often have years or decades of experience. Nevertheless, many women* experience different forms of violence before, during or after their childbirth.

A Mama, a child, a doctor and some random funny not funny guy are all asking the same question: Who did something wrong?

The following documentarian radical physical theatre solo performance is an attempt to understand the causes and consequences of obstetric violence. This work is not about pointing fingers, but it is about raising them and letting them rest in the air for a moment. It is a journey into the world of abuse and mistreatment within clinical healthcare structures.
