Mourning Performative
An immersive Physical Theatre experience inside “UVARIUM The Cosmic Womb” , a psychomagical sanctuary where we gather to mourn and celebrate mutation.
Through interaction with Spanish culture, dance movement, live music, body painting, queer culture, and video formats, I wish to embark on a journey through the family system through bodily memory. Together with five Spanish artists—all from similar sociocultural backgrounds—we will create a Mourning Ritual. Each artist will evoke their own desire for mourning through their diverse artistic fields.
We will offer a multisensory and immersive experience as we enter the UVARIUM space, which symbolizes the womb of Mother Earth, the collective womb of humanity. We wish to invite the public to come together in mourning and release what no longer serves us. We mourn losses and patterns to make room for new beginnings.
A woman's womb is the most majestic and powerful space within a body: enclosing both life and death, creation and destruction—similar to the universe.

Spectators are invited to arrive 15 minutes before the start of each performance for a welcome reception with wine, grape juice, and a tarot reading . Reservations are required, and each performance has a maximum of 30 seats.
