Why do people use violins?

November 25, 2022.
We don't know, but we'll try to remember the feeling,
since memory is a tricky thing.
Here's what we know.
It's Friday.
One of us doesn't masturbate.
One of us is trying to quit smoking.
One of us still photographs the sunrise every morning.
And one of us is having breakfast.
Once again we wonder if we will be able to survive.
What a life.
“Why do people use violins?” is a Physical Theatre performance that explores memories of relationships, loneliness, addiction, and pain in everyday life, and how these can become the trigger for violent actions. Using only eleven chairs, three roses, and a banana (and occasionally a cigarette), the performance creates a complete world of movement, voice, rhythm, and music, in which terrible things can happen at any moment.
