Ya COMPLICADO

Ya COMPLICADO is a physical theater performance inspired by the African theater tradition known as "Koteba." It explores the concept of "bureaucracy": too often, in our relationships with authorities, we find ourselves faced with imposed, oppressive waiting situations.

Ya COMPLICADO is a moment in which the body and the word collaborate to give voice to often invisible realities. How can waiting affect our physicality? How does our disability affect our bodies? How can a sheet of paper weighing just five grams weigh more than a human body?
