Flamur Shabanaj is interested and committed to many different things. One of these is movement . Ever since he learned to walk, Flamur has felt the need to move his body in different activities. He has practiced parkour and freerunning, tricking, breaking, contemporary dance, soccer, ping pong, and kickboxing for many years. Depending on the time, circumstances, and his needs, one form of movement has been practiced more intensely. Currently, Flamur focuses on personal expression and communication through movement. His main goal and driving force is to push himself to the limit, trying to push his physical and mental limits.

There's beauty in exhaustion. If you allow yourself to experience it, you'll eventually discover treasures of newness.

In addition to movement, Flamur is also interested in teaching . He enjoys connecting with people in different learning contexts and trying to understand the needs of the individual or group.
She studied primary education at the University of Applied Sciences Northwest Switzerland and worked as a teacher for several years. Within the school system, Flamur has held many roles: classroom teacher, subject teacher, and special needs support teacher in both primary and secondary schools. These experiences have shaped her perception of learning, power, and confidence, and are always present in moments of responsibility.

Another area of interest to Flamur is the relationship between the self, the group , and the way people move between these two poles in different cultural systems.
He grew up in an Albanian family and attended school in Switzerland. After secondary school, he completed a technical apprenticeship and worked for several years in a workshop. He later studied pedagogy and taught school. Alongside his studies, Flamur worked as a performer and artist in two collectives. After his studies, he studied contemporary dance for a year in Berlin.
In all these different cultures, Flamur was able to experience how people work, interact, and manage themselves. These experiences shaped his perspective on life and what truly matters, for himself and for those around him.

His next path takes him to Physical Theatre and the treasures of knowledge and wisdom that exist within this field.
