I wanna make people smile! That has always been my answer to the question of what I wanted to do when I grow up. I first discovered this during a clowning workshop at the children and youth circus Tasifan in my hometown Weimar. I discovered the stage as a safe space — a world where I could be whoever I wanted to be and where things were possible that I had only dreamed of in the real world. That may sound a bit cheesy, but perhaps it is a world of dreams.
I spent five years clowning before gradually exploring other circus disciplines like balance, acrobatics, aerial arts and juggling. My passion to express through movement grew when I was around fourteen years old and started dancing HipHop in the dance association WE-Dance in Weimar. In 2024 I also participated in a jazz/musical/stage dance course. Through stellwerk, a youth theatre association in Weimar, and the improv theatre group Öde und Schriller Newcomer, I discovered an even deeper passion for theatre.
After doing my A-levels I did a voluntary year in the lab of the Musiktheater im Revier Gelsenkirchen, the so-called MiR.LAB. I was able to play a role in three different pieces and with that I explored my style in acting even better. One of those pieces combined dance and theatre and could be called the first time I did physical theater.
I am now studying physical theatre at the Accademia Teatro Dimitri, where I combine all these passions to learn how to professionally transport audiences into other worlds.
If nowadays people ask me what I want to do when I am grown up, my answer will be:
 I want to move people.
