My name is Laila. When I was little, I wanted to be a pearl diver. Today, I’m a seeker of true beauty—both on stage and off. Before training at the Accademia Teatro Dimitri, I honed my artistic skills in many different ways: studying painting and singing, working on dance projects, and writing and illustrating a children’s book. When I’m not doing theater, I enjoy singing in a choir, drinking tea in the mountains, and dancing in a circle with friends and strangers.
