Marco Valerio Montesano

Marco Valerio Montesano was born in Rome on 09/08/1997.
In 2018 he obtained his diploma as an actor at the Silvio d'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Art, the year in which he made his debut as director and playwright with the show Sul Divano, signed by his company Hosteria Fermento. With Sul Divano and In Marcia - another show of the company - he participated in the Torino Fringe Festival 2019, won the Bellandi announcement of the Teatro Comunale di Pergine, the Festival Dominio Pubblico VI edition and OVER/Emergenze Teatrali.
Between 2018 and 2020, he follows several Commedia dell'Arte workshops with Mº Michele Monetta, with whom he will do readings on Rai Radio 3 and various presentations of canovacci.
In 2021, he leads the radio program Determinato A Tempo on First Radio with his company.
Engaged in the hit show Il Marchese del Grillo in the 2022/23 and 2023/24
seasons, he also works in film, among others with Cristina Comencini
(Tornare, 2019) Giovanni Soldati (Uomo di Fumo, 2021) and Dean Craig (The
Honeymoon, 2022). He is currently working on his latest film E se mio padre
(E se mio padre) by S. Tonnini with Massimo Ghini and Claudia Gerini and
teaching theatre at the Enzo Ferrari Institute in Susa.
Since 2022, he has been attending the Master of Arts in Physical Theatre at Accademia Dimitri in Switzerland.
He is a competitive boxer currently registered with the Boxe Club Ascona.
