The Accademia Dimitri is delighted to invite students, theatre enthusiasts and anyone with an interest in the arts to a special event featuring the theatre company Eco di Fondo, an artistic collective that has distinguished itself in recent years through the strength of its creative exploration and its commitment to a profoundly contemporary form of theatre.

Founded in 2009 by Giacomo Ferraù and Giulia Viana, who met whilst studying at the Accademia dei Filodrammatici in Milan, the company grew out of a strong artistic and personal partnership. After graduating in 2007, the two artists embarked on a creative journey that led them to develop an original artistic vision, capable of engaging with the present through the universal language of myth and fairy tales.

Over the years, Eco di Fondo has produced plays for adults and children’s theatre, and, since 2017, has also ventured into the world of opera, collaborating with leading musical and theatrical institutions. At the heart of their work lies a clear mission: to create an ethical theatre capable of questioning reality and addressing the pressing issues of our time.
