The Accademia Dimitri presents a new course within the SAS – Short Advanced Studies program: Creative Leadership, designed for those who lead workgroups and wish to enhance their relational and communication skills.

Drawing on practices inspired by theatrical training, this course is aimed at managers, team leaders, and professionals working in collaborative environments, with the goal of fostering a more open, creative, and participatory workplace.

Theatre—understood as a tool for listening, presence, and action—offers a way to explore new leadership approaches based on trust, attentiveness to others, and the ability to respond flexibly to group dynamics.
