Between June and July 2026, students on the Master of Arts in Theatre programme will have the opportunity to represent the Academy at three major international festivals dedicated to theatre and the performing arts. These trips will provide opportunities for artistic exposure, professional exchange and networking with European academic and cultural institutions.
The project will involve participation in three international festivals, at which the show Why Do People Use Violins? will be presented, along with, in some cases, final degree projects:
• HAMU Fest – Prague (Czech Republic) 6–8 June 2026
• PuppetNoPuppet – Białystok (Poland) 23–27 June 2026
• Fuga Festival – Koper (Slovenia) 10–15 July 2026
Participation in these three festivals underscores the artistic and educational value of the projects developed during the Master’s degree programme. In addition to the performances, these trips will facilitate meetings with other schools, artists and cultural practitioners, helping to build an international professional network and strengthening the Academy’s presence on the European performing arts scene.
This represents a significant opportunity for growth and visibility for the students involved, who will be able to present their work in high-profile international settings, engage with diverse audiences and artistic communities, and consolidate the skills they have developed during their studies.
