'Verso l'inverno'. Review of cultural events, autumn 2023

The first series of events of the In Dialogo project, entitled 'Towards Winter', aims to involve all people who wish to welcome winter together. How? By playing, walking and creating together, immersed in nature and the fascinating migratory history of the Centovalli and Valle Onsernone.

‘Preparing for winter’ - theatrical excursion

Travelling theatre workshop with storytelling and live music on the historic ‘Market Street’ trail from Palagnedra to Camedo.

It all starts with walking slowly... step by step we will immerse ourselves in the impressions of the forest. What memories, figures and characters will emerge from the first days of autumn?

Conducted by Andrea Valdinocci, director, actor and trainer, Lianca Pandolfini, actress, teaching artist, and Deborah Jakob, multi-instrumentalist musician.

Event aimed at an adult audience.


Saturday 21 October, 2.30-5.30 p.m.

‘Back to the river’ - theatrical adventure

Short excursion with stories and live music exploring the path of ancient crafts between Borgnone and Lionza. With the support of Banca Raiffeisen Losone Pedemonte Vallemaggia.

Let's play together and collect the materials that nature gives us, rediscovering the crafts of the past and imagining new ingenious practices.

Conducted by Andrea Valdinocci, director, actor and trainer, Lianca Pandolfini, actress, teaching artist, and Deborah Jakob, multi-instrumentalist musician.

For everyone, adults and children of all ages.

‘Around the fire’ - Art workshop

Visual and performing arts workshop in the Camedo Theatre Atelier.

Using ingenious artistic techniques, we transform materials collected from nature and let ourselves be carried away by the theatrical tale 'The Extraordinary Journey of Narana'.

Led by Amelia Prazak, visual artist and Lianca Pandolfini, actress, teaching artist.

For everyone, adults and children of all ages.


Saturday 2 December, from dusk

‘Greeting the light’ - Torchlight procession

Travelling and interactive show in Loco.

We light torches and enter the labyrinth of Loco's streets... The light goes out, the community seeks each other out, unites... And gathers together to face winter, darkness, cold, and to defeat loneliness.

Directed by Andrea Valdinocci.

For everyone, adults and children of all ages.
