Theatrical Activity “DestinAzione Professioni”

From Monday, March 21 to Wednesday, March 23, the Accademia Dimitri is taking part in the “DestinAzione Professioni” project at the Locarno middle school, in collaboration with the school guidance counselor Claudio Pianca.The project aims to make the expressive and creative potential of theatrical art available to the school orientation pathway in middle school. Its overall objective is to offer students an experience that can help them understand the world of professions in view of their future choices.

Objectives

• To introduce students to the field of career choices through a theatrical, imaginative, and teamwork-oriented approach.
• To raise awareness, through theatrical play, of how each profession is characterized by a set of specific and concrete actions.
• To understand the interconnection and interdependence of actions, and consequently the importance of relational aspects in any work environment.
• To acquire basic skills on how to present oneself in front of an audience, manage emotions, stay focused on one’s objective, and at the same time listen to others and to the evolution of the situation.
