Research projects

Accademia Dimitri's research projects are dedicated to the theoretical and practical exploration of Physical Theatre and question what it is, what its history is, and how it can contribute to the development of activities and methodologies in the artistic, pedagogical, social, and corporate spheres.

In its history, the Research sector has developed projects related to theater studies, intercultural communication, the struggle for human rights, the well-being of the elderly, the inclusion of people with disabilities, theater for social skills, sustainability, theater pedagogy, professionalism in the performing arts, soundscapes, site-specific creations, and the possible intertwining of theater and entrepreneurship.

In a long-term vision, its projects have a strong focus on building networks of collaboration and multiplication, and generating service performance and stable offerings for the local area.
